Had some scheduling issues, but the technician was friendly and respectful. After the job was done, I wasn't entirely happy with some of the trim around 2 windows. They sent another crew who fixed the issue, and our new windows look great. Overall, very good experience. It's clear that Window Word stands behind their product.

Recently had windows replaced and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Installers did a very professional job. There was no cleanup. The installers went thru the operation of the windows and were great. Would highly recommend Window World and their installers.

We are very happy with our new windows. We thought they were lacking caulk and we asked for a service call. When the serviceman came, he showed us the clear caulk that was used on the windows.
We were happy he came by and glad the job was done well!
